Ronald Lee "Ron" Clutter

Funeral services with a cremation to follow will be held for Ronald "Ron" Lee Clutter, 67, of Guthrie, Oklahoma at 2:00 P.M., Monday, February 3, 2025 at Smith Memorial Chapel, 220 North 1st Street in Guthrie. Services are under the direction of Smith-Gallo Funeral Home.
Ron was born March 21, 1957 in Rapid City, South Dakota to William and Marlys (Lantz) Clutter. He passed away Monday, January 27, 2025 in Guthrie.
He met his loving wife, Cathy, in 2001 and they were inseparable. From there on, Ron loved his work as a heavy equipment operator where he worked in dirt work. Ron also loved trucks, his family and many friends. He was so well known for his soft shoulders and would listen when people needed someone to talk to. Ron was also well known for his sense of humor. People and animals were his passion.
Ron never met a stranger and he will be desperately missed by all that knew him.
He is preceded in death by his parents, William and Marlys and his brothers, Doug and Terry.
Those surviving Ron are his wife, Cathy; sons, Christopher Edwards, Ronald Edwards, and Jason Riley; daughter, Shavon Cox; daughter-in-law, Angela Gravelis; son-in-law, Michael Cox; and three grandsons and four granddaughters.
Visitation will be held Sunday, 3:00 P.M. - 6:00 P.M. at Smith-Gallo Funeral Home.
