Ronald Lee Cole, a cherished husband, father, grandfather, and brother, passed away peacefully on July 26, 2025, at the age of 67, in his hometown of Alpena, where he was also born on February 3, 1958.
Ronald's journey began as the beloved son of George and Beulah Cole, who preceded him in death, along with his brother George. Ronald's love for the outdoors was evident in his enthusiasm for golf, fishing, and hunting, activities that he not only excelled in but also found great solace and happiness.
A true family man, Ronald's greatest pride was his family. He is survived by his loving wife, Cheryl, with whom he shared countless cherished moments and built a beautiful life. His two wonderful children, a son, Justin (Monique), and a daughter, Ashley and son in law Jason Kindt. Ronald's joy multiplied with the birth of his grandchildren, Allyson, Emmerson, Lincoln, and Wyatt, who brought him immeasurable happiness. His role as a grandfather was one, he cherished deeply, and the memories created with his grandchildren will be treasured forever.
Ronald's brother, Randy, will remember him as a pillar of strength and friendship, and his beloved dog, Jack, will miss his gentle companionship. Ronald's presence was a source of comfort and love to his family, and his absence will leave a void that cannot be filled.
Ronald's passion for life extended to his love for motorcycles, a hobby that provided him with a sense of freedom and adventure. He could often be found on the open road, exploring new places and enjoying the journey as much as the destination.
Per Ronald's wishes he has been taken for cremation with no services planned at this time. McWilliams Funeral Home has assisted the family.
