Ronald Crady Obituary

Ronald A. Crady, born on June 23, 1961, in New Albany, Indiana, passed away peacefully on February 1, 2025, in Jeffersonville, Indiana. He was a cherished son, devoted father, loving brother, proud grandfather, and loving uncle whose presence will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Ronald was known for his vibrant personality and passions. He found joy in following UK Basketball and cheering for his favorite WWE wrestlers. His adoration for the band Kiss and the character the Incredible Hulk reflected his zest for life and entertainment. Spending time with family brought him immense happiness, and he often shared memorable moments filled with laughter and love.

As a proud grandpa, Ronald was especially excited to welcome his granddaughter into the world. This highlight of his life was a testament to the affection and commitment he had for his family. He leaves behind his beloved son, Matthew (Eden Daniels) Crady, and his cherished grandchild, Kane Daniels, along with his adoring granddaughter that is on the way, Estelle Crady.

Ronald is also survived by his dear brother, Robert Crady, and sister, Kathy Crady. His legacy will continue through his niece, Tammy Blayton Jackson, nephews Ted (Lasie) Mann and Jacob Crady, as well as his niece, Joy (Phillip) Bline. Among those who will carry on his spirit is his special friend, Melissa Koerner Fox.

Ronald was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Ramona Crady, whose love and guidance helped shape the wonderful person he became.

A visitation in his honor will take place on Thursday, February 13, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM, followed by a memorial service at 2:00 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, Southern Indiana, located at 3309 Ballard Ln, New Albany, IN 47150.

Ronald A. Crady will be remembered for his warm heart, spirited nature, and the joyous moments he shared with his family and friends. His legacy of love and laughter will live on in the lives he touched.

The family requests that contributions in Ronald’s memory be made to the funeral expenses.
