I've known many, many people in my life but Ron was the only person who had a perpetual smile on his face. I never met another person that was as upbeat and positive and friendly as Ron Crippin. He was my boss but most importantly he was a supportive and helpful partner on our work endeavors. The best years of my working career were spent with Ron. Sorely missed by all who knew him.

Ron Crippen was a business associate but much more a friend than anything else. We played golf together, talked baseball and family, with a little business tossed in. There are some people in a life time that make a difference, and Ron was one of those people for me.Ron was welcomed into heaven where he is now watching us. God Bless him and his family.Joe/Louise McCann

The passing of Ron deeply saddens me. I knew Ron for 40+ years and he was an outstanding person, and kind and understanding superior and a long time friend. He was fun to work with and for, as all our times together were pleasant and fun. I never saw Ron in a bad mood! Always upbeat and positive and I credit Ron for the success I had in my working years.
All the trumpets in Heaven should sound his arrival.
