Ronald B. Eighmey, 72, of Columbia Cross Roads, PA, passed away on December 27, 2025 at his home with his family by his side.

He was born on January 18, 1953 in Troy PA to the late LaVerne F. and Martha (Wheeler) Eighmey. He is a 1971 graduate of Troy High School and was employed by Eighmey Chevrolet for over 50 years. After working full-time at Eighmey's, he continued enjoying jockeying cars and chasing after parts for the dealership, especially when his dad was still alive and they traveled together. In his younger years Ron enjoyed hunting, fishing, and riding motorcycles. He was a big fan of NASCAR racing, baseball, and football.

Surviving Ron is his brother Steve (Maxine) Eighmey of Breesport, New York, sister Rosi (Dick) Morgan of Troy PA, sister-in-law Debbie Eighmey, several nieces and nephews, special cousin Irene Winterstein, family and friends at Eighmey Chevrolet, special friends Bud Bellows and Billy Harris, and his cat Patches.

Ron was pre deceased by his parents LaVerne and Martha Eighmey, his siblings Larry, Hal, and Priscilla.

In according to Ron's wishes, there will be no calling hours. The Gerald W. Vickery, Jr. Funeral & Cremation Services, Inc. has been entrusted with the arrangements.

Memorials in Ron’s name can be directed to Guthrie Hospice 421 Tomahawk Road, Towanda PA 18848 or to the Animal Care Sanctuary, 353 Sanctuary Hill Lane, East Smithfield, PA 18817.
