Ronald L. "Ron" Feuss, 58, Baldwin, Iowa, passed away after a brief illness surrounded by family on Friday morning, January 16, 2026, at the Dennis and Donna Oldorf Hospice House in Hiawatha, Iowa.

Ronald Lee Feuss was born on May 15, 1967 in Maquoketa, Iowa, to Allen and Judy (Merrick) Feuss. He grew up on the family farm in rural Oxford Junction and attended Lost Nation Community School.

Ron was known as a jack-of-all trades and worked various jobs throughout his life including working at Miracle Car Wash in Dubuque, helping area farmers and doing construction. He currently was employed as a bartender at the Hound Dog in Monmouth.

Ron loved agricultural life, and being outdoors hunting and fishing.

Those left to honor his memory include a daughter, Kayla (Dustin) Moyer of Central City, IA; 3 grandchildren, Addy, Summer, and Elly Moyer; his mother, Judy Feuss of Oxford Junction, IA; siblings, Lary (Sandy Wylie) Feuss of Monmouth, IA, Sharon (Craig) Van Ringelestein of Fremont, IA, and Darla (Jeff) Fields of Oxford Junction, IA; and several nieces and 1 nephew. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, father Allen Feuss, and brother Dean Feuss.

A gathering of family friends celebrating his life will be held on Saturday, January 24, 2026, from 11:30 A.M. to 2 P.M. at the Legion Hall in Lost Nation, Iowa. A service will take place at 11:30 A.M. followed by a luncheon and time of sharing. Cremation rites have been accorded. A private family burial will be held at the Smithtown Cemetery, rural Lost Nation, Iowa.

In lieu of other expressions of sympathy, memorials may be made to the Dennis and Donna Oldorf Hospice House or to the family.
