Ronald Goode Obituary
A graduate of Holy Name and Brother Rice, he spent his entire life living and working in Birmingham. He owned his own painting business for 45 years. He also had a real estate and broker's license and owned Goode Real Estate with his sister Mary for 12 years. He was a member and mentor to many in AA and NA programs. He was also a devout Catholic who loved attending Mass. In his free time, he enjoyed reading and hanging out in the Birmingham library.
He is survived by his sister, Mary Goode Smith (Matthew Smith), 3 nieces and 1 nephew. He was preceded in death by his parents, his brothers, Gil and David, and his sister, Judy.
Friends may visit at Lynch & Sons Funeral Home, Clawson, Wednesday 4-7pm. Rosary 5pm. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Holy Name Catholic Church, 630 Harmon, Birmingham, Thursday 10am.
Burial will be in White Chapel Cemetery, Troy.
Rather than flowers, memorials appreciated to the charity of the donor's choice.
