Our darling Ronald Haney tragically left us on Thursday, February 29, 2024 at age 79. He was born on June 25, 1944 in Stockbridge, Michigan to Orville Haney and Dorothy Haney (nee Slane).
After high school, Ronald attended Jackson Community College and later worked as a Movie Theater Manager after working his way up from projectionist, stage hand setting up shows, etc. He enjoyed anything to do with the being on the water including boating, parasailing, tubing, water skiing…as long as he was on the water.
Ronald left behind a loving wife, Susan Haney, to whom he was married for 33 wonderful years and his step children, Michael (Barb) Herdus, Deborah (Jeff) Costello and Karrie (Brian) Benner. His two loving dogs, Star and Pepper, are always looking for him. He was preceded in death by his parents, Orville and Dorothy Haney.
Ronald will always be in our hearts, and we will miss him so much.
A private Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
