He was born on May 29, 1956 in Ashtabula, the son of Raymond Leroy and Nina (Bittikofer) Kellogg.
Ronald graduated from Pymatuning Valley High School and went on to honorably serve in the United States Army.
Ronald is survived by his children, Stephany (Kevin) Hubbard, Ronald Kellogg and Nicholas Rogers; grandchildren, Brittany Neubauer, Cody Styzej, Aidan Kellogg, and Addyson Kellogg; three great-grandchildren; siblings, June (Anson) Keesler, and Diane Burlingame.
Preceded in death by his parents; and his siblings, Marilyn Caldwell, Linda Riggleman, Robert Kellogg, and William Kellogg.
In following Ronald's wishes, no public services will be held.
