It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Ronald D. Mau. Ron passed away peacefully on Nov. 1, 2024. Ron is survived by his wife Paula, with whom he spent over 50 amazing years with and always referred to her as his "rock".
His legacy lives on through his loving family: his daughters, Kelleye (Jeff), Robin (Jim); his granddaughters, Kenzie (Matt), Ashley (Bryant); his great-granddaughter; Lainey; his sons, Greg and Brad, and their families.
Born on April 24, 1942, Ron lived a life full of happiness and radiated love and laughter into the world.
Ron and Paula owned a small company, National Rolled Thread Die, where Ron worked beginning in his early 20s. He had a zest for life and loved to travel, golf, and enjoy great food with close family and friends. His favorite was to combine all 3, which he got to do frequently. When he wasn't on the golf course or on a cruise, he was at backyard cookouts or watching TV in his favorite chair with Paula by his side. In all activities, you could catch him sporting his favorite Tommy Bahama shirt and hat.
Ron was a remarkable individual and had the ability to make everyone feel welcome. He was loved by all and will be incredibly missed.
Friends may call at THE FERFOLIA FUNERAL HOME, 356 WEST AURORA RD. (OH RT 82) ON FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 22, 2024 FOR MEMORIAL VISITATION FROM 4-7 P.M.

Ron was one of the nicest men I ever met. He always had a smile, no matter how bad he felt. I will miss our burgers at Shawn´s on Tuesdays. Ron enjoyed them so much.
Paula, my heart breaks for you and your family. I´m sending prayers up to heaven to pray for Ron. May he rest in peace.
