Ron, was an amazing mentor for me personally. He treated all his athletes like sons. I can´t still hear his voice and feel his passion today.

To his family I´m very sorry for your loss he was a great man to me.

Ron and I worked together for 35 years. He was more then my coworker; he was also a friend. He and I shared a lot of good times both at work and outside of work. Ron was always the peacemaker and supporter. He was a great man. Ron may be gone in the physical sense, but, he will always be alive in all our hearts and memories. I want to send condolences to his family. Rest in peace my friend.

To Ron's Family, so sorry for your loss. Ron was one of the best persons to be involved in my life. He was a special person able to deal with special people, and he always fought for the underdog! I will never forget our times together, and his fight for kids! You will be missed my friend, RIP!

Ron was one of the nicest people I've ever met. We coached youth football together and he was a leader of men to be. We always had good conversations and his demeanor was always calm and collected. This world needs more people like him. Rest in peace, my friend.

So very sad to learn this. What an incredible man. Met Ron at Fullerton when my son was playing football. Many deep conversations with him, especially after the loss of my son Jacob.. he understood, unfortunately, what my husband and I were feeling, and helped us more than he could ever know.. thank you for all you did for our kids, and so many ppl over the years. deepest sympathy for the family.. Rest easy my friend, what a beautiful soul. You will be missed Never forgotten.
Sincerely
Lynda Willis

To the McDonald Family, I offer my deepest sympathy in the loss of Ron. I've known Ron since 1978 where he was a Senior and I a Freshman at Kutztown. I had the blessing to work with him for 31 years at Concern. Those memories will last forever. Go forth dear friend with our love and prayers.

My deepest condolences to Ronald´s family. Ron was truly one of a kind. We worked together for several years. When our workplace was coming to an end, we formed a friendship. He contacted me occasionally, just to check in with me. I did the same. He had a good heart . He will truly be missed...
