January 12, 1937 - July 8, 2025
Visitation: Monday, July 14th from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm, at John L. Ziegenhein & Sons, Funeral Home, 4830 Lemay Ferry Rd., St Louis, MO 63129. Visitation and Funeral on Tuesday, July 15th, at Reformation Lutheran Church, 7910 Mackenzie Rd., St. Louis, MO 63123. Visitation from 10:00 am to 11:00 am; funeral, 11:00-12:00. Full military honors at 12:00 pm prior to departure to Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery for private ceremony. In lieu of flowers, please contribute to Ron's beloved church of 63 years: Reformation Lutheran Church or Character Plus. For more information, please visit ziegenheinfuneralhome.com.

I have had the honor of knowing Ron since being in his earth science class at Mehlville high school back in 1973ish. His energy and positive attitude, which he maintained throughout his life, made the class so much fun that I majored in geological engineering. His influence was huge on my and many people´s lives. He is a dear friend of mine and our family. He will be dearly missed.
