Ronald Russell Ray

Ronald Russell Ray departed this mortal coil on February 24th, 2026. at the age of 64. He was a supportive and insightful father to his son, Kyle, and his daughter, Kali, a caring and principled grandfather to his grandchildren, Gavin and Penelope, a thoughtful and devoted husband to his wife, Sandy, and a loving and indelible brother to his sister, Cheryl; all of whom endeavor to persevere in the wake of his untimely demise.

Ron was a unique character who will be remembered by all he encountered as lively, animated and present. He was an enjoyer of the expression of music, the serenity of nature, and the freedom of a motorcycle ride.

In accordance with the purposeful simplicity of his wishes, no service will be held; he will be cremated and his ashes returned to the earth via the Flint River. If you play a guitar, strum it for him; if you ride a bike, rev it for him; if you drink a beer, drink one for him, and if you're ever on the Flint River, spare a thought for Ron Ray.
