Ronald Lane Ross, 76, of Concord, passed away Wednesday, July 19, 2023 at Tucker Hospice House in Kannapolis.
Ronald was born September 11, 1946 in North Carolina to the late Charlie "Chock" Emmette Ross and the late Hampalene "Wink" Ross.
He was also preceded in death by wife, Jimmie Doris Ross and son, Steven Dale Harris along with brothers: Bill Ross and Jerry Ross.
Ronald was employed at Cabarrus County Health Department Recycling Division. He was a lifetime member of D.A.V., the American Legion Post 51, and the Mason Lodge 720. Ronald was a U.S. Army Veteran who served in the Vietnam War.
The family will receive friends from 11:00 am - 12:30 pm, Monday, July 24, 2023 at Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord. The graveside service will be on Monday, July 24 at 1:00 pm at West Concord Cemetery located at 331 Union Cemetery Rd. SW, Concord officiated by Rev. Joseph Chambers.
Survivors include son, Kenneth Earl Harris, Jr. of Concord, NC and niece, Angela Lynn Cochran of Concord, NC.
Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord is serving the family.
