Ronald "Joe" Senn, a man of remarkable intelligence and unwavering spirit, passed away on July 13, 2025, at the age of 67. Born on July 12, 1958, in Lamesa, Texas, Joe's journey through life was one marked by dedication, service, and the pursuit of knowledge. He departed this world in Odessa, Texas, leaving behind a legacy of love, accomplishment, and the warm memories cherished by all who knew him.

Joe's early years in Lamesa were the foundation upon which he built a life of resilience and adaptability. Despite growing up in challenging times, Joe never allowed his circumstances to define his potential. His brilliance shone through everything he did, mastering tasks with ease and always eager to expand his horizons. His intellectual curiosity led him to complete Aerodynamics Courses and earn a certification in electrical mechanics during his time in the military; skills that he would later apply with great success in the Oil and Gas industry after receiving an honorable discharge from the Army in 1978.

Beyond his professional achievements, Joe found joy in the simplest of pleasures. His passion for cooking quickly turned into a delightful hobby, with baking becoming his most recent culinary adventure. Joe took pride in his creations, sharing his love for pies through a dedicated Facebook page that showcased his talent and brought smiles to many.

Joe's life was enriched by the love and companionship of his family and friends. He is survived by his brothers, Kenneth Wes Senn and Royce Wayne Senn, Jr., and his adoring nieces and nephews, Tyler Tapey, Tori Reyes, and Tera Graves. His legacy continues through his great-nieces and nephews, Gage Tapey, Ember Tapey, and Deahlia Reyes, who will carry forward his memory with fondness. Joe also leaves behind his best friends, Theron Marler, Frank, and Tiffani Trampush, and their daughter Amora Trampush, who were like family to him. His parents, Betty Joann and Royce Wayne Senn, Sr., precede him in death.

To know Joe was to know a man of great intellect, a quality that defined his approach to life and his interactions with others. His ability to understand complex concepts and his knack for problem-solving were hallmarks of his character. Joe's legacy is not only in the knowledge he acquired but in the wisdom he shared and the lives he touched.

Arrangements are entrusted to Acres West Funeral Chapel and condolences may be sent to the family online to acreswestfuneral.com.
