Ronald Lee Tinkel, 59, of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away May 15, 2025, at his home with family by his side. Ronald was born June 12, 1965 to Stephen Ray and Karen Darlene (Knight) Tinkel in Marion, Indiana.
He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Denise (Hall) Tinkel, his mother, Karen Tinkel, his sisters Mary Ann Dawson and Bonnie Tinkel, and his brother Steve Tinkel. In addition, Ron has a niece Kayla (Dawson) Cawthorn, and 3 nephews: Nick Dawson, Patrick Hall and Benjamin Hall. He has several other surviving relatives, including an uncle, aunt, and several cousins.
Visitation is Saturday, May 24, 2025, 10:00 am until 12:00 pm at Indiana Funeral Care, Greenwood Chapel. Funeral service will begin at noon. In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to IU Simon Cancer Center online at https://cancer. iu.edu/giving/support.html.
