Ronald L. Tocci, Sr., 89, died peacefully at his home on Tuesday, March 25, 2025. He is the beloved husband of Elizabeth A. (Gilbert) Tocci with whom he shared 59 years of marriage prior to her passing on March 4, 2014.
Ronald was born in Leominster, Massachusetts on December 19, 1935 and was the son of the late Florindo and Claire (Sicard) Tocci. He received his education in the Leominster School System and was a graduate of Leominster High School.
He proudly served his country in the United States Navy until he was honorably discharged in May of 1961.
In his early career, he worked in sales, and later became a real estate broker and was employed by Hilton Home as well as Cardinal Realty and most recently worked as a phone technician for BAE until his retirement.
He was a passionate and accomplished billiard player. A true master of the game, Ron was a skilled pocket billiards player who had the honor of competing against the legendary Willy Mosconi five times during his illustrious career. In recognition of his dedication and expertise, he was inducted into the New England Billiards Hall of Fame in 1995. Ron's love for the game extended beyond personal achievement; he generously volunteered his time, instructing and mentoring others in the art of billiards. Outside of the pool hall, Ron enjoyed the great outdoors, spending many cherished hours hunting and fishing. He was a lifetime member of the Nashua Elks Lodge and found great joy in sharing moments with his family, especially during the summers spent in Vermont. His warmth, generosity, and love for his family and community will be dearly missed.
He is survived by his five children, Cindy DiPietro of Nashua, Kathy Boucher and her husband Gerry of Hudson, Ron Tocci Jr. and his wife Lynne of Nashua, Mike Tocci and his wife Karen of Nashua, and Paul Tocci and his wife Cheryl of Hollis; his 13 grandchildren, Jen Richards and her fiancé Corey Rivard, Tony DiPietro and his wife Allison, Danny Boucher, Corie Bliss and her husband Brenden, Mike Boucher and his husband Alex, Joe Boucher and his wife Pattie, Katie Taylor and her husband Arthur, Nick Tocci and his husband Chris Szczerba, Shannon Tocci, Rob Tocci and his fiancé Sarah Terhune, Vinny Tocci, Jay Levy and Megan Snyder. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren; his three sisters, Marlene Courounis of Nashua, Becky Katsiaficas of Nashua and Laura Rioux and her husband Dick of Nashua; his sister-in-law, Ginni Tocci of Milford; as well as several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his wife and parents, he was predeceased by his son-in-law, Anthony DiPietro and two brothers, Ernie and Robert Tocci.
Relatives and friends are invited to Ron's visitation on TUESDAY, April 1st from 4 until 7 PM at ROCHETTE FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION SERVICES, 21 Kinsley Street, Nashua. His Funeral will be held from the Funeral Home on WEDNESDAY, April 2nd, gathering time will begin at 10 AM and his procession will leave the Funeral Home at 10:30 AM for an 11 AM graveside service in St. Louis Cemetery, Nashua. Our hearts go out to the whole family for their loss of a wonderful man Ron Tocci. I remember meeting the Tocci family back in 1959 when I worked at Coronis Furniture. Ron´s father and mother were the nicest people to know and owned the greatest Italian kitchen to be found. It was
always a pleasure to spend time and have something to eat at the " Italian Kitchen". With all our love and may his life be eternal Charlie and Val Katsohis.

Ron, I was so happy you shared so many memories about my dad which I never knew. I now have a whole different perspective of my dad and because of you I now know he did the best he could with what he had. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
