Ronald "Ronnie the Wimp" Dee Wimpey age 56, of Dalton, GA, passed away on Tuesday, July 22, 2025. Ronnie was born in Dalton, GA, on September 24, 1968, the son of the late Donald Lee Wimpey and Brenda Wimpey. He loved anything outdoors, music, and was a Kung Fu Masters. His favorite sayings: "Smile it Gets Better" and What a Long Strange Trip it has Been". Ronnie loved his kids and grandchildren. In addition to his parents, Ronnie was preceded in death by his wife, Christy Wimpey. Survivors include his two daughters, Lacey Clark (Joel) and Katie Sandoval (Carlos); two grandchildren, Lakya and Kaden Adkins; and three siblings, April Filmore, Misty Waldon (Danny), and Tim Moore (Mistie).
