Ronald Dave Work went to his heavenly home on Wednesday, June 11, 2025, surrounded by the love of his family. Ron was born on August 20, 1949, to Ralph and Marjorie Work. He graduated from Northwest Classen High School in 1967. After a long and dedicated career, Ron retired from Diffee Motor Company following 25 years of service.
Ron had a lifelong passion for cars - especially fast ones - and cherished the friendships he built through the Heart to Heart Sunday School class.
Ron is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Carolyn, of Bethany; daughter, Adriane of Warr Acres; and son, Adam and his wife Jessica of North Las Vegas, Nevada. He was a proud grandfather to Shilyce, Adame, Legend, Kambrie, Landon, and Lexi Work, and loved each one dearly.
He was preceded in death by his infant daughter Aimee; his parents, Ralph and Marjorie Work; and his brother, Terry Work.
Ron's life was a testament to love, family, and faith. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Viewing at Mercer-Adams will be Sunday, 11am-8pm, with family present from 2-4pm. Graveside services will be held at 10:00am on Monday, June 16 in Bethany Cemetery.
