HEAD-Ronnie Head, age 84, of Monroe, Georgia, passed away November 15, 2025. A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at 1:30 PM in the Monroe Chapel of Tim Stewart Funeral Home with Pastor John Walker officiating. Interment will follow at Hill Haven Memory Gardens, 490 Edmondson Road, Monroe, Georgia 30656. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM. Ronnie retired from General Motors at Lakewood after 28 years of service and was a member of the UAW Local 10. After retirement he worked for Steve Powers at the Car Wash for 20 years. He was preceded in death by his parents, Grover Cleveland and Rachel (Perkins) Head; siblings, Harold Head and Mary Jean Myers. Ronnie is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Barbara Howell Head of Monroe; daughter, Rhonda Alewine of Monroe; son and daughter-in-law, Bobby (Marie) Head of Winder;

brother, Charles Head of Loganville; grandchildren, Tammie (Jim) DuBose of Winder, Ricky Alewine of Winder, Saxon (Judith) Williams of Winder, Stephen (Page) Head of Nicholson, Jessica Head of Athens; great-grandchildren, Jadon (Paige) DuBose of Winder, Ansleigh DuBose of Winder, Landon DuBose of Winder, Elena Carlos of Winder, Iris Head of Nicholson, Oliver Williams of Winder; great-great-grandchild, Ivy DuBose of Winder and many nieces and nephews.
