Ronnie King was born February 25, 1960, in Paris, TN to the late Morris and Mary Lyn Smyth King.

He is survived by his daughter, Kristi (Paul Hosford) King of Puryear; nephews, Derek (Melina) King of Paris, Joey (Amanda) King of McKenzie; nieces, Brandi (T.K.) Russell and Patsy Russell of Paris; uncle, Bobby (Nancy) King of Russell Springs, KY; cousins, Alicia Pool Hughes and Terry (Shawn) Pool of Mississippi; local cousins, Tracy Kilpatrick, Sherry King Mummert, and Jill Ball. Mr. King was a strong Christian man who unashamedly professed his faith in God, love for Jesus Christ, and his unconditional love for family and friends. He was known for his contagious smile and laughter, his kind heart, and positive attitude. He never met a stranger, was always giving and going the extra mile to help others.
Ronnie was an avid music lover and enjoyed all kinds of music. He loved spending time with his family and friends, had an array of hobbies and always had some kind of project going. He truly loved life and his country.
Some of his favorite things included working with his neighbors, spending his afternoons with Derek hanging out in the garage listening to music and grilling, being "Paw Paw" to Aiva and Colton, or working on his Mack truck. He also liked playing on his skid steer, spending time with his daughter, going to concerts, supporting his President and studying the Bible.
