Ronnie Teague

William Ronald "Ronnie" Teague age 77 of Ramer, TN was born in Selmer, TN on August 31, 1948 to the late Willie Raymond Teague and Mina Merle Morrow Teague. Ronnie departed this life on October 8, 2025 in Ramer, TN.
Ronnie was a member of Chewalla Baptist Church. He was an educator for McNairy County Schools and Rutherford County Schools, retiring as a Vocational Director of McNairy County after 51 years of service. He served as Secretary/Treasurer for the South Eastern Beefmaster Breeders Association, SEBBA. He was an advocate for Vocational/Career Education and Agriculture. A teacher at heart, not only was he considered a favorite school teacher among many, he was also a teacher and mentor in the area of cattle breeding. The place that made him the happiest was on the family farm, working the cattle with his brother. He treasured his family above all. Though he had many titles throughout his life, Uncle Ronnie was his favorite.
He is survived by a brother, Mike Teague and wife Theresa; a sister, Shelly Barnes and husband Tommy, all of Ramer,TN ; nieces and nephews: Lain Teague, Shane Teague and wife Paige, Heath Teague and wife Beth Ann, Kelly Johnson and husband David, Sarah Beth Dotson and husband Wes,; great nieces and nephews: Stone Teague, Aspen Teague, Coy Teague, Jilli Johnson, Jack Johnson, Owen Teague, Quinn Teague, Ben Dotson, Mina Raye Dotson.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Merle Teague and his aunt Sue Morrow.
