Rosa Lee Ferguson, born on November 26, 1963, in Franklin County, Virginia, departed this life on October 27, 2025, at Novant Health Rowan Medical Center in Salisbury, North Carolina. She was 61 years old.
Rosa was a dedicated homemaker who devoted her life to her family. Her enduring commitment was most evident in her marriage of 45 years to her beloved husband, Edward Ferguson. Together, they built a life filled with love and cherished memories.
Rosa’s legacy extends through her daughter, Rosanna Ferguson Kasprowicz, and her husband Matt, who reside in Warren, Minnesota. Rosa had a special bond with her siblings, including her sisters Mary Barringer of Rockwell, North Carolina, Annie Mae Griffin of Spencer, North Carolina, and Teresa Soles of Lexington, North Carolina. Each shared in the love and support that defined Rosa's life.
Rosa was a proud grandmother to Jakob, Hunter, Savannah, Ashley, and Wyatt, as well as a great-grandmother to Dehlila. Her grandchildren were her pride and joy, and she cherished every moment spent with them.
Rosa Lee Ferguson was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas Lee Ferguson and Betty Jane Ferguson, and her son, Edward Morris Ferguson, Jr. She will be remembered for her warmth, kindness, and the indelible impact she made on the lives of those around her.
As we celebrate the life of Rosa, we honor her unwavering spirit and the love she instilled in her family. She will be profoundly missed but will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
