Rosa Lee Massengale Weaver, age 73, of Henagar, Alabama went home to be with the Lord on August 6, 2025. She was a devout Christian who truly loved the Lord. Her hobbies included photography, horses, and raising and showing chickens. She enjoyed taking care of all of her animals. She loved having family gatherings and cooking big meals for everyone to enjoy.

It is hard to imagine life without the beloved matriarch of the family. Always there to love, encourage, guide and pray with you. Her faith and love for her family and friends ran deep for all to see. Rosa Lee was a valued employee at MB Bell Grain & Fertilizer Inc. where she gave them many years of service.

She was preceded in death by her father and mother Joe and Minnie Massengale; and brothers: J.C., Bill, and Gerald "MoJo" Massengale. Surviving are her devoted husband of 46 years, Maurice Weaver; children: Kevin McNabb (Dorain) Amber Mathewson (Brian Warren); sister, Shirliene Saynes; and a brother, Clifford Massengale; grandchildren: Joshua McNabb (Hayleigh Weissenbach), Kelsey McNabb, Justin McNabb, Montana Mathewson and Tristan "Rex" Mathewson; bonus grandchildren: Megan Lay (Tommy), Dakota Warren (Ella), Jagger Warren, Alivia, Corey, and Tristen; and special friends Fred and Penny Merciers.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday August 13, 2025, at 1 P.M. EDT, in the Coulter Chapel of the Lane Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the McNabb Cemetery on Mullins Cove Rd.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, August 12th, 2025, from 4P.M. until 8 P.M. EDT. and on Wednesday from 12 P.M. EDT until the hour of the service at the funeral home.
