Rosaicela Garcia passed away peacefully on October 20, 2025, in Houston, Texas. She was born on August 17, 1964, to Gilberto Bedolla Chavez and Ma Beatriz Perez Medina.

Rosaicela will be remembered for her sweet gentle spirit and her unwavering strength. She was always kind, respectful, and spreading happiness wherever she went. For many years, she was a dedicated employee of Devers ISD, where she truly enjoyed her time and the friendships she made. Her coworkers remained loving and supportive throughout her courageous fight with cancer

A wonderful baker and cook, she loved taking walks, tending to her garden, and sewing. She found it peaceful spending time at Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament each month as a devoted member of Immaculate Conception Church. In quiet moments, she loved playing Candy Crush on her phone and playing dominos with friends and loved ones. Her greatest joy was being "Abuela" to her granddaughter whom she adored with all her heart.

She was preceded in death by father, Gilberto Bedolla Chavez. She is survived by her loving husband of thirty-five years of marriage Jose Juan Garcia; her children Jose Juan Garcia, Jr., Rosaura Chavez and husband Armando, Jacqueline Garcia and husband Jesus Mejia Moron, and Leslie Garcia; her granddaughter Sophia Chavez; her mother Ma Beatriz Perez Medina; her siblings Victor, Gera, Pachito, Licha, Nena, Lidia, Gil, Flor, Lalo, Vira, Bety, Soco, and Fer; her sister-in-laws Leticia, Alma, Silvia, and Martha; her brother-in-laws Maro and Sergio; her parents-in-laws Salvador and Maria Martha Garcia; and her dearest friend Vita Mendez.

Honoring the family by serving as pallbearers are Jose Juan Garcia, Jose Juan Garcia, Jr., Salvador Garcia, Gerardo Bedolla, Francisco Bedolla, and Victor Bedolla. Honorary pall bearers will be Jose, Lopez, Maro Garcia, Sergio Garcia, Luis Venegas, Rene Martinez, and Gasper Cabello.

Friends are invited to visit with the family on October 27, 2025, at Allison Funeral Service located at 1101 N. Travis Street in Liberty from 5pm to 8pm with a rosary at 7pm. A Mass will be held on October 28, 2025, at 10am at Immaculate Conception Church 411 Milam St, Liberty. A graveside service and committal will immediately follow in Liberty Catholic Cemetery.

Rosaicela Garcia falleció pacíficamente el 20 de octubre de 2025 en Houston, Texas. Nació el 17 de agosto de 1964, hija de Gilberto Bedolla Chávez y Ma Beatriz Pérez Medina. Rosaicela será recordada por su dulce y amable espíritu y su fuerza inquebrantable. Siempre fue amable, respetuosa y difundía felicidad a dondequiera que iba. Durante muchos años, fue una empleada dedicada de Devers ISD, donde realmente disfrutaba de su tiempo y de las amistades que hizo. Sus compañeros de trabajo se mantuvieron amorosos y solidarios durante su valiente lucha contra el cáncer. Maravillosa repostera y cocinera, le encantaba dar paseos, cuidar su jardín y coser. Encontraba paz al pasar tiempo en la Adoración del Santísimo Sacramento cada mes como miembro devota de la Iglesia de la Inmaculada Concepción. Le sobreviven su amado esposo de treinta y cinco años de matrimonio, José Juan García; sus hijos José Juan García, Jr., Rosaura Chávez y su esposo Armando, Jacqueline García y su esposo Jesús Mejía Morón, y Leslie García; su nieta Sofía Chávez; su madre Ma. Beatriz Pérez Medina; sus hermanos Víctor, Gera, Pachito, Licha, Nena, Lidia, Gil, Flor, Lalo, Vira, Bety, Soco y Fer; sus cuñadas Leticia, Alma, Silvia y Martha; sus cuñados Maroa y Sergio; sus suegros Salvador y María Martha García; y su querida amiga Vita Méndez

Se invita a los amigos a visitar a la familia el 27 de octubre de 2025 en Allison Funeral Service, ubicado en 1101 N. Travis Street en Liberty, de 5 p.m. a 8 p.m., con un rosario a las 7 p.m. Se celebrará una misa el 28 de octubre de 2025 a las 10 a.m. en la Iglesia de la Inmaculada Concepción, 411 Milam St, Liberty. Un servicio junto a la tumba y la inhumación se llevarán a cabo inmediatamente después en el Cementerio Católico de Liberty.
