Rosalie V. Brockman passed away peacefully due to natural causes on October 15, 2025, at the age of 88. Born on June 2, 1937, in the city of San Antonio, Texas, Rosalie lived a full life characterized by her loving nature, her thoughtful spirit, and her boundless creativity. Rosalie's early years were marked by the bustling energy of San Antonio, where she grew up surrounded by the love of her parents and the camaraderie of several brothers and sisters.
Her life was a tapestry of meaningful relationships and shared experiences, which she later wove into the heart of her own family. In her adult years, Rosalie found her soulmate in Charles D. Brockman, to whom she was a devoted wife until his passing. Together, they built a life filled with joy and purpose, a life that was later graced by the arrival of their beloved son, Kurt.
A deeply spiritual person, Rosalie's Christian faith was the cornerstone of her existence, guiding her actions and inspiring her to live a life of service and gratitude. She was a fixture in her church community, where she not only nurtured her own spirit but also offered support and compassion to others.
With a zest for life and a passion for the simple pleasures, Rosalie enjoyed activities such as bowling, which allowed her to forge lasting friendships and revel in the spirit of friendly competition. Her skill with a needle and thread was evident in the beautiful pieces she created, leaving behind a legacy of handcrafted treasures that her family will cherish for generations. Above all, Rosalie found her greatest joy in the company of her family, cherishing every moment spent with her son, Kurt Brockman, who married Connie Swidzinski, and her granddaughter, Cami Tack and her husband Brian.
Though Rosalie has departed from this earthly realm, her legacy is carried forward by her surviving family, including a number of siblings who will hold her memory dear, as well as a large contingent of nieces and nephews
