I loved to serve Jehovah with Ros. I could always rely on her to make Scriptural truths crystal clear to new ones. She had a wonderful down to earth, practical way of making Jehovah and his ways accessible to everyone. She was taken away from us too early. We all miss her wry sense of humor she delighted us with in our meetings. I am sure there will be a big party when she is resurrected. She wouldn´t have it any other way.

My first memory of experiencing the force of nature that is Rosalind Smith was at one of congregation meetings where she had a back-and-forth verbal exchange with the elder Mike Elmo when he was on the platform. It was so richly enjoyable, because it was completely spontaneous. And wonderfully humorous. I thought, "this is the woman who unashamedly lets her light shine, and she is not shy about holding back who she really is. I really wanna get to know her better." I had the privilege of doing just that. She never stopped making me laugh, and at the same time, never stopped teaching me spiritually. See you on the flip side, my sister.-Sister Kimberly Fizdale

Your positive and relentless spirit are such an inspiration to me. I hope that you know how amazing you are. What a big loss to us. But you knew that this loss was only temporary. That was your secret. Arthur and I want to see you as soon as we get to this Paradise you hoped for. Thank you,Roz.

I regret that I can't be physically there, but I will be "in attendance" virtually for the services. I'm more than a little emotional, it comes as a little bit of a shock. Aunt Roz will be dearly missed and my sincere and genuine gratitude goes out to all the specialists involved in her care.
