Roscoe was a faithful member of The Open Door Christian Church. He was also a dedicated member of Eagles, American Legion, Elks, and a Lifetime member of Moose.
Roscoe is preceded in death by his sister Rose Spencer.
He is survived by his lifetime partner Barbara Spencer, Daughter Rhoda Wilfong, Sister Ruby Bennett, Brother Wayne Jones, Cousin Donna Heinz and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers Roscoe requested that any donations be made to The Open Door Christian Church at 1700 S. Clara Ave., Deland FL. 32720 or Gentiva Hospice at 929 N Spring Garden Ave, Suite 145, Deland FL 32720.
A public visitation will be held at Lohman Funeral Home Deland on Wednesday, November 8, 2023 from 10am-1pm with funeral service beginning at 1pm. Interment to follow at Deland Memorial Gardens at 2pm. The family welcomes family and friends following the service at the American Legion.
