Rose M. Arguin, 87, of Gorham, passed away on Wednesday, November 6, 2024, at her home surrounded by her family. She was born in Boston, MA on September 7, 1937 the daughter of the late Natalie and Lucia (Degulio) Mangano and was educated there. She met her husband when he was in the US Navy and came to the Berlin-Gorham area in 1955, where she has since resided. She had been employed at Converse Rubber Co., Rich’s Department Store, Rite Aid, IGA and the Yokohama. Rose loved BINGO and was a big gamer. She also loved sewing, knitting, crocheting and people.
Family includes her children Donna Lacasse and husband Andrew of Cascade Gorham, NH, Carol Peters and husband Anthony of Red Lion, PA and Barbara McCauley and husband Gene of Gorham, NH; grandchildren Rich Murphy and wife Cyndy, Jamie Lacasse, Melissa Murphy, Bryan McCauley and Lauryn Ramsay and husband Brandon; great grandchildren Dylan Murphy, Charlee Rose Ramsay and Tommy Ramsay; many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her husband Richard D. Arguin, her son Ronald Arguin and all of her siblings.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday November 8, 2024 at 1 PM at the Bryant Funeral Home, 1 Promenade St., Gorham, NH. Interment will follow in the Russian City Cemetery in Berlin. Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home on Friday from 11 AM to 1 PM, prior to the service. Donations in her memory may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
