Rose Marie Bratcher, 88, of Central City, Kentucky, passed away on Thursday, March 19, 2026 while under the care of Hospice of Western Kentucky. She was born December 15, 1937 in Chicago, Illinois to the late Francis Emil Rossman and Estelle Marie Salterallie Rossman. Rose had worked as a nursing aide. She enjoyed gardening and love of animals.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Harold Bratcher; son-in-law, Dirk Allen; and several siblings.

She is survived by her daughter, Bunny Allen; son, Paul H. Bratcher (Laurel); three grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; sister, Pauline Orr; and several nieces and nephews.

There will be no service or visitation.
