Rose Marie Royer (nee Minnick) 93, of Norwood, Pa., passed away at home with her family by her side on May 17, 2025.
Rose Marie was proceeded in death by her husband of 66 years, Harold A Royer and son Harold S Royer. Also by her Parents Maude M. Doran, Stepfather Lawrence L Doran, Father Thomas Minnick and Sisters Elizabeth Biddle, Miriam Bedwell Carpeneti, Alice Childs and Margaret (Peggy) Wolf.
She left behind daughters Linda Royer, Kathy Lynch (Ed), and Annette Lavin (Patrick), 10 Grandchildren and 11 Great Grandchildren. Along with her extended Schramm Family from Florida and many nieces and nephews and close friends.
Rose grew up in Eddystone Pa, and later raised her family for many years In Norwood Pa. She loved watching her "Stories", Baking, Sewing, Doing her Yarn Work, Ceramics, Camping, Square Dancing, and watching her grandchildren. In her last couple years, she enjoyed riding on the golf cart, going to Friday night happy hour and singing to her grand-puppies.
Relatives and friends are invited to her Visitation Friday (5/23), at the Cavanagh Family Funeral Home, 301 Chester Pike, Norwood, PA, from 11 AM - 12 noon, followed by her Service at 12 noon.
Interment Edgewood Memorial Gardens.
