Rosella Livonia Hagar

It is with heavy hearts that we acknowledge the passing of Rosella Livonia (Kropp) Hagar, on Wednesday, November 12, 2025 in Wichita, KS. born on August 28, 1956, in Fort Collins, CO, Rosella was a radiant force of love, resilience, and determination. Her life was marked by her passion for nurturing relationships and a deep commitment to her work as a Business Office Manager for nursing homes in Kansas City, MO, where she retired with distinction. Her family knew her as a pillar of strength and warmth, a woman who loved fiercely and embraced life with an unmatched vigor. Rosella found joy in many things, whether it was camping under the star-lit sky, cooking meals that brought her family together, or receiving warm hugs from her beloved grandchildren. Her love knew no bounds, extending to her cherished Pomeranian, Zion, a Mother's Day gift in 2001 that became one of the great loves of her life. In her later years, Rosella developed a penchant for shopping, amassing a collection of shoes that could rival any boutique.
Rosella is survived by an extensive and loving family. Her soulmate, Tracy Hagar, whom she met in 1998 and married on December 31st, 2005, remains a testament to her capacity for enduring love. She leaves behind her father, William "Bill" Kropp, brothers Kevin and Brian Kropp (Cynthia), and sister Ann Kropp Glidewell (Jim). Her best friend and honorary sister, Tari Hovey, children Nathania "Nan" Larkin, Michael Kilbourn (Nickie), and stepson John Hagar, also survive her. Her legacy continues in her grandchildren Trevor Galbraith (Megan), Liberty Blanchard, Shelby Cooley, Michael Kilbourn Jr, and step-grandchildren Kiersten and Miley Hagar, as well as her great-grandchildren Paisley, Cannan, and Rhyott. She also leaves behind several nieces and nephews, each of whom held a special place in her heart.
Rosella is preceded in death by her grandparents, Lloyd and Rose Gallagher, Maurice and Livonia Kropp, her mother, Deanna Kropp, her sister, Angela Kropp Grider, Great Nephew Victor Trudo Kropp, and Great Niece Avery Rose Tucker.
