Rosemarie F Vanartsdalen

Rosemarie F. Vanartsdalen, of Marlton, passed away peacefully on November 17, 2025. She was 89 years old.

Daughter of the late George and Margaret Bowker, Rosemarie was born November 8, 1936 in Philadelphia. In 1955 Rosemarie married the love of her life, Charles Vanartsdalen, Sr. As a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, she was very involved in raising her children, and later in life loved taking care of her grandchildren. Her family and her dear friend Claire were her great sources of joy. She also enjoyed watching old movies, visiting yard sales and thrift shops with her daughters visiting her grandchildren in South Carolina, (sometimes traveling with them) and visiting her dear friend Claire in Fla until her passing in 2009. Rosemarie loved the Lord and often expressed her faith when the opportunity arose. She will be deeply missed.

Rosemarie is predeceased by her husband of 63 years, Charles Vanartsdalen, Sr. Rosemarie is survived by her five children; Deborah (Gary) O'Rourke of Southampton, Charles Vanartsdalen, Jr. of Marlton, Karen Vanartsdalen of Vincentown, Michael (Anna) Vanartsdalen of South Carolina, and Steven Vanartsdalen of Vincentown; two grandchildren Priscilla and Mike Jr.

Funeral services for Rosemarie will be held on Wednesday November 26, 2025 at 9:30am at Perinchief Chapels, 438 High Street, Mount Holly, NJ 08060. Friends and relatives may visit with her family from 9am-9:30am prior to the start of the services. Interment will follow at Brig. General William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
