Rosemary Wire, 76, passed away at 5:47 AM, Monday, July 7, 2025 in Ohio. She was born in Missouri on April 25, 1949, the daughter of James and Becky Hardin McCool. Rosemary married Ronald Wire on May 22, 2006 and he preceded her in death. Rosemary was a homemaker and a member of the Windfall Pentecostal Church. She was an ardent fan of Hallmark Movies and dearly loved her dog Bentley. Rosemary loved to swim in the pool with her noodle (She always swam with a noodle because she never learned how to swim). She treasured spending time in Florida with her husband and love of her life Ronny. She will be remembered as a wonderful mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and a good friend by all. She was affectionately known as "GG" by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and as "Aunt Mae Mae" to her nieces and nephews. She is survived by her children Faith (Mitchell) Weesner of FL, Larry (Wendy) Etts of OH, and Randy Etts of OH; step-son Bradley Ice; grandchildren Heaven Black, Victoria West, Dustin Etts, Brittany Etts, Elain Guyton, Garrett Etts, Pamela Etts, Brandon Etts, and Brenda Cronin; several great- grandchildren, a brother Virgil (Carol) McCool, several nieces and nephews, and lifelong friend Patty Mooney. Rosemary was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Ronald, a step-son James Ice, and siblings Francis Egler, Letha Long, Cona Blaylock, and Barbara King. A service celebrating the life of Rosemary Wire will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, July 11, 2025, at the Windfall Pentecostal Church, 411 Doggett St. Windfall, IN, with Pastor Philip Jordan officiating. Burial will follow at the Brookside Cemetery, Windfall, IN. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM, Friday, at the church. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Eikenberry-Eddy Funeral Home.
