Mrs. Wilson transitioned into eternity, Monday, July 28, 2025, at the age of 61.
The Commemoration of Life will begin with a public visitation, Friday, August 8, 2025, from 2:00pm until 5:00pm at Carter Funeral Home, 302 Carter Street, Union Springs, AL.
The Farewell Life Celebration will be held Saturday, August 9, 2025, at 11:00am from the sanctuary of the Calvary Baptist Church, 434 Calvary Rd. Hurtsboro, AL.
The eulogy will be given by Pastor Chris Nunn.
Interment will follow in the Calvary Baptist Church Cemetery.
The Staff of Carter Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with the End-of-Life Care of the late Mrs. Rosetta Massingale Wilson.

Yesterday
It is with a heavy heart that we say goodbye to our beloved, Rosetta Massingale-Wilson. Her amazing warmth, strength, and unwavering love for her family and community will never be forgotten. Rosetta (Punkin) carried herself with grace and compassion, always offering kind words, a listening ear, and a helping hand. As we grieve her loss, we also honor the beautiful life she lived and the countless lives she touched. Her spirit will live on in the memories we share, the stories we tell, and the love she gave so freely. May we find comfort in knowing she is now at peace, and may her legacy continue to inspire us every day.
