Rosette "Rosie" Steinberg, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, aunt, cousin and friend, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Saturday, October 11, 2025 at the age of 100 after a long and full life. Rosette was the wife of Harold "Hershy" Steinberg z"l and mother of Stephen Steinberg z"l, Cary Steinberg of Denver, Jay (Christine Anderson) Steinberg of Chicago, and Jimmy (Tracie) Steinberg of Denver. She was grandmother of Jared (Jacqueline Sene) Steinberg, Devin (Justin Cline) Steinberg, Alex (Amanda) Steinberg, Roxy Steinberg, Zoe Steinberg, Max Steinberg and Adam Steinberg, and great-grandmother of Braxton Cline, Henley Cline, Valerie Steinberg, and Omar Sene.
Graveside service, Thursday October 16th, 9:00am, Rose Hill Cemetery.
Memorial contributions in Rosette's honor to BMH-BJ and Hadassah.

Rosetta and Hershy were like having a second set of parents. Hours spent observing the Holidays at their home on Locust street. I can see Hershy standing at the head of the table leading us in prayer. The rest of us sitting around the table enjoying the delicious food that Rosetta prepared.
Thank you for years of friendship, hospitality and the traditions of Judaism.
I hope that Rosetta and Hershy are reunited now, i send them both my love and gratitude. To Cary, Jimmy, Jay and Stephen we were raised like family, i share your history and your grief.
