Rosie Herrera September 4, 1969 July 26, 2024
Rosie Herrera, 54, of Visalia, CA, completed her earthly journey on July 26, 2024. Born on September 4, 1969, in Hanford, CA, Rosie was a vibrant spiritfull of life, laughter, and love. With her infectious sense of humor and sharp wit, she had an unfiltered way of speaking that was as honest as it was endearing. Rosie was not just a mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friendshe was a force of nature who left a lasting impression on everyone she met.
Rosies journey continues beyond this life, where she is joyfully reunited with her sister Corina Herrera, brother Jesse Gomez, and parents, Janie Coronado Gomez and Miguel Escalera Herrera. Their reunion is one of love and peace, and though her physical presence is no longer with us, Rosies spirit remains a guiding light for all who knew her.
Rosie leaves behind three beloved children: Elizabeth (John) Delgado, Herman (Ritchiel) Ruiz, and Guillermo Vasquez. She was a devoted grandmother, her heart full of love for her seven grandchildren: Alexis Delgado, Josiah Delgado, David Delgado, Jewelia Delgado, Aubree Vasquez, Royce Ruiz, and Riley Ruiz. Her legacy lives on in their laughter and joy.
Rosies siblings Malaquias Vasquez, Crusita Herrera Barcena, Joe Guzman, Trino Guzman, and Lindora Perez of Corcoran, CA, along with her sisters Nancy Herrera and Amanda Herrera of Hanford, CA, also survive her, carrying forward the bond they shared. Her two loyal companions, Roxy and Chewy, who were by her side for over 15 years, remain cherished parts of her memory.
Rosie had a rare giftshe could bring laughter and joy to any room she entered. Known for speaking her mind without a filter, she did so with a humor that was both sharp and playful. Her lively personality made her a treasured friend and confidante, someone who others could always rely on for honesty, warmth, and a good laugh.
Rosie attended elementary and high school in Corcoran, CA, before earning a business administration certificate in Visalia, CA. Though she made her home in Visalia, her heart never strayed far from Corcoran, where she spent so many joyful moments with her family.
Her love for cooking, her free-spirited nature, and her devotion to her fur babies, Roxy and Chewy, were just a few of the many things that made Rosie truly special.
Rosies legacy is one of love, laughter, and an adventurous spirit that will continue to inspire all who knew her. While her time on this earth has come to an end, her journey is far from over. We take comfort in knowing that she is now on a new adventure, guided by the love of those who came before her. Rosies spirit lives on in our hearts, and she will forever be remembered with love, laughter, and a smile.
