Rosie Stephens, age 90 years, 2, months and one day, passed away Sunday, September 28, 2025, at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital and was placed in the care of the Hickman-Strunk Funeral Home.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, September 30, 2025, at the East Pine Knot Tabernacle Church of God. Burial followed in the Pine Knot Cemetery.

Rosie was born on July 27, 1935, in Pine Knot, Kentucky, to Norman Stephens and Cordelia Kidd Stephens. A member of the East Pine Knot Tabernacle, Rosie lived a life of service and devotion to her family. She was a loving caregiver to her mother and father, as well as to her nieces and nephews.

Preceding her in death were her parents, brother, Charles Stephens, and sisters, Norma King and Ella Shepherd.

Survivors include her brothers, John A. Stephens, and wife, Faye, and Russel Stephens, and wife, Sharon and sister-in-law Carol Stephens.

Hickman-Strunk Funeral Home was honored to serve the family of Rosie Stephens.
