Roxann Elaine (Donholt) Gillette, 64 of Port Crane, NY, passed on 10/9/2025 at UHS Wilson Hospital, Johnson City, NY.
Roxann was predeceased by her Father Kenneth Donholt. She is survived by her husband Terry, Mother Evelyn, Children Daisy, David, Andrew (Nicole) and Kaitlyn, Nine Grandchildren Dakota, Collin, Samantha, Jordan, Jonathon, Sommer, Emily, Ivy and Zoe, four great grandchildren, Brothers Brian (Phone) and Kenneth (Nancy), Sister Yvonne (Tom), Niece Alexis (Brett), Nephews Casey and Edward, one grandnephew, one grandniece and several Cousins.
Roxann was married to the love of her life, Terry, for forty eight years. She passed peacefully while he held her hand. She was extremely proud to gain her Associates Degree from SUNY Broome, and was the first in her family to do so. Her family was so proud of this accomplishment. Roxann put her degree to good use at UHS Hospitals, working in medical records for some 12+ years. It was a career she absolutely loved, but her illness forced her to retire early.
Roxann enjoyed camping, traveling and crafting. She loved decorating her home, hosting many family events. She enjoyed her grandchildren, especially Zoe who bonded with her from birth, surely extended her life during her last 13 months. She will be remembered for her strength, resilience and her unwavering love for her family. She will be missed dearly by all.
A visitation will be held at Barber Memorial Home, 428 Main Street, Johnson City, NY, on Friday, October 17, 2025 from 5-7, followed by a time of sharing memories.
Roxann will be interred at Vestal Hills Cemetery at the family's convenience.
