Roxanne Mary Mackey (Sivigny), age 70, passed away on October 5, 2024, in Lindstrom, Minnesota. Born on August 8, 1954, Roxanne, affectionately known as Roxy, was a cherished wife, mother, grandmother, and friend.
Roxy was often found in her kitchen whipping up everyone's favorite dish or treat. Her spirited demeanor and wit were balanced by her immense warmth and generosity, traits that endeared her to many.
She leaves behind a loving family: her son, Mitch Mackey and his wife, Jen; daughter, Carie Fuller and her husband, Jake, and her adored grandchildren, Haylee, Brynlee, Grady, Bode, and Jordy. Roxy is also survived by her sisters, JoAnn (Sonny) Evgen, RaeAnn (Gary) Glenn, Diane (Brian) Grabau, brother, Jack Sivigny. Numerous nieces, nephews, and friends who found a special place in her heart. Roxy was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Carl Mackey; parents, Rita and Ray Sivigny, whose memories she held close to her heart.
Family, friends, and others whose lives Roxy touched are invited to Mattson Funeral Home, 343 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake, Minnesota, to reminisce, grieve, and support each other. A gathering will be held from 1pm to 3pm, followed by the service at 3pm. Interment at Calvary Cemetery, Forest Lake, Minnesota.
Roxy's life was a testament to the love and perseverance that define a well-lived life. She will be dearly missed, but her legacy of love and resilience will continue to inspire those who knew her.
