Roy Lee Hall, 66, of Gold Hill, passed away Sunday, August 20, 2023 at Glenn A. Kiser Hospice House in Salisbury.
Roy was born September 6, 1956 in North Carolina to the late Perry Lee Hall and the late Agnes Geneva Almond Hall.
He was also preceded in death by brother, Sammy Eugene Hall.
The family will receive friends on Friday, August 25, 2023, from 1:00 pm - 1:45 pm at Hartsell Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 2:00 pm at Hartsell Funeral Home's Lefler Memorial Chapel in Albemarle, NC officiated by Rev. Don Burleyson .
Survivors include wife, Cindy Sue Huss Hall of the home; children, Crystal Gail Adams of Rockwell, NC, Amanda Sue Hall of Salisbury, NC, and Patrick Lee Hall of the home; grandchildren, Zoey Marie Adams and Jayda Raine Adams; siblings, Donna Hall Frizzell of Anawalt, WV, Bonnie Hall Frizzell of Salisbury, NC, Flora Jane Hall of Concord, NC, and Patricia Ann Hall Strickland of Robbins, NC; and many nieces and nephews.
Roy enjoyed helping others and never met a stranger. He worked for the Rowan County Fairgrounds for over 20 years.
