Survived by his wife, Barbara Keeton Howard, one son, Garron Howard of Salyersville, Kentucky, one daughter, Tonya (Shannon) Risner of Salyersville, Kentucky, four brothers, Joe Howard, Stevie Howard, Willie Howard all of Salyersville, Kentucky, Eugene Howard of Winchester, Kentucky, one sister Rebecca Russell of Salyersville, Kentucky, two granddaughters, Sheena (Robert) May, Acelyn (Jonathan) Greene, three great grandchildren, Taegyn May, Jensen Greene, and Jesse Greene.
In addition to his parents, Roy Roger is preceded in death by two brothers, Charles Howard, Vance Howard, and one sister Ella Lee Howard.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. Sunday, April 21, 2024 from the Holiness House of Prayer with Robert May officiating. Burial will follow in the Gamble and Howard Cemetery at Buffalo, Kentucky. Friends may visit the church Friday, April 19, 2024 after 6:00 P.M. all day Saturday, April 20, 2024, and any time prior to funeral services.
The Holiness House of Prayer is located at 2643 Falcon Road, Salyersville, Kentucky 41465.
