Survived by his wife, Ruby Oney Arnett, one son, Jacob (Melissa) Arnett of Salyersville, Kentucky, five brothers, Sheridan Arnett of Salyersville, Kentucky, Richard "R.F." Arnett of Paducah, Kentucky, Jeffery Arnett, Samuel Arnett, Timothy Arnett all of Salyersville, Kentucky, one sister, Linda Conley of Salyersville, Kentucky, two grandchildren, Leah (Austin) Cole, Tyler Arnett, and one great granddaughter on the way, Adaline Cole.
In addition to his parents, Joey is preceded in death by three brothers, Lowell Arnett, Billy Arnett, David Arnett, four sisters, Deloris Davis, Phyllis Howard, Ethel Bailey, and Janice Sue Arnett.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. Sunday, August 24, 2025 from the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel with Floyd Arnett and Johnny Reed officiating. Burial will follow in the Edgar Oney Cemetery at Upper White Oak, Salyersville, Kentucky. Friends may visit the funeral home Saturday, August 23, 2025 from 6"00 P.M. till 9:00 P.M. and any time prior to funeral services.
