A memory of Bud I'll never forget - Bud and I played golf together at Bridgeport Country Club, as partners in a league and just the two of us (for a dollar) in the morning during the summer. On one occasion after playing the first two or three holes Bud said he didn't feel right and decided to go home after the 4th hole. Sharon thought he should go to the hospital, and he learned there that he'd had a heart attack. The doc asked him when he started feeling bad and Bud responded that it was maybe on the 2nd hole. The doc asked him what he did then, and Bud said, "I parred number 3".

Sharon, I'm so sorry to learn of Bud's passing. We don't live in Saginaw any longer and I heard the bad news from Mike Lafferty. What a great guy Bud was. My condolences to you and your family.
