Roy Seefeldt, 84 son of Linda (Nass) and Julius Seefeldt died at home on Saturday, June 13th after a brief illness. Roy graduated from Peshtigo High School and joined the US Navy after graduation. He served four years as an electrician on an aircraft carrier during the Cuban Missile Blockade and the Bay of Pigs Invasion. After an honorable discharge, he went to work at Badger Paper Mill in Peshtigo for 42 years. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Fran (Picard) Seefeldt and their two sons, Gene in Virgina and Mark (Theresa) of Marinette. He is further survived by granddaughters Taylor and Jordyn (Jacob) of Marinette, Dawn of Florida, great grandson Jaxon of Marinette, sister Janet Eggers and brother Harold (Madonna) Seefeldt plus many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, sister Alice Henke and Hazel Bundy, and granddaughter Lindsey Seefeldt. Per Roy's wishes, no funeral or wake will take place. Berth and Rosenthal is in charge of arrangements. Burial will be at Riverside Cemetery in Peshtigo. Special thank you to First Responders.
