Ruben Jimenez

Ruben Jimenez, 67, of Poughkeepsie, NY, passed away peacefully on January 21, 2026, surrounded by his loving family.

Born on March 27, 1958, in the Bronx, NY, a devoted husband and father, Ruben was the heart of his family and the life of every gathering. Known for his humor and warmth, he had a way of making everyone around him feel welcome and cared for. Ruben was a fighter in every sense of the word, showing remarkable strength and resilience as he battled illness with courage and grace until the very end.

Ruben is survived by his beloved wife, Wanda; his sons, Daniel and Ruben Jr.; his brother, David; and his sister, Cookie. His love, laughter, and spirit will live on through them and all who were fortunate enough to know him.
