Ruby K. Osko (nee Garrett), 88, of Vermilion, died Sunday, August 8, 2021 at Northridge Skilled Nursing and Rehab Center after a lengthy illness.She was born October 3, 1932 in Chillicothe, OH. She lived in Vermilion from 1970-1985 and then moved to Portsmouth, OH where she resided 25 years, before moving back to Vermilion in 2014.Ruby worked in the advertisement agency for the Portsmouth Daily Times and had also worked at KMart.She enjoyed drinking coffee and was an avid reader.She is survived by her son, Steve (Cyndie) Luster of Vermilion; 9 Grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren; 18 great great grandchildren; and her sisters, Carol Green of Portsmouth, Ruth Alice Music of Delaware and Nellie Mae Day of Paintsville, KY.She was preceded in death by her first husband, Steven A. Luster, second husband, John Osko; son, David F.
