In her free time, Doris loved to shop and had a special fondness for collecting teapots. She treasured time spent with her family, whom she loved dearly. Her kindness, gentle heart, and unwavering faith will be remembered by all who knew her.

Doris leaves behind a legacy of love, devotion, and faith.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Gary Brown, parents, Rupert and Lurlene Forehand, her brother, Donnie Ray and sister, CorrieAnne Benton.

Her memory will forever be cherished by her children, Pattie Brooks (Isaac), Lisa Miller (Rob) and Lee Brown (Rebecca), six grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, her sister, Margie Biglane (Raymond), along with a host of extended family and friends.
