Rudy "Buford" Ambrosio July 24, 2004 – July 1, 2025 Age 20 | Perris, California
With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Rudy "Buford" Ambrosio, a beloved son, brother, grandson, and friend, who left this world far too soon at the age of 20.
Rudy stood right at the edge of adulthood-full of life, full of love, and full of promise. And even though he didn't get to celebrate that next chapter, he lived more deeply, more joyfully, and more generously than most do in a lifetime.
He was kind, funny, and beautifully goofy. He had a heart that was wide open-overflowing with love, empathy, and genuine care for others. He didn't just care-he connected. Rudy made people feel safe, valued, and truly loved simply by being himself.
He had a deep love for his family, especially his nephews and cousins, whom he adored with all his heart. Rudy also had an endless circle of friends from all walks of life and cultures-a true reflection of how open, inclusive, and welcoming his spirit was.
He is survived by his loving mother, Erika Ambrosio; his brother, Angel Ambrosio; his grandparents, Salvador and Guadalupe Ambrosio. Uncles, aunts, nephews, cousins.
Rudy's favorite phrase, "No pasa nada," perfectly captured his easygoing spirit and unshakable positivity-a gentle reminder to not sweat the small stuff and to meet life with calm and heart.
I will miss you deeply, every second of every day, my baby,
love Mama
His memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
