Our beloved Run Li Deng of Apple Valley, passed away on October 29, 2024 at age 89. Preceded in death by her parents and husband, Hon Chang Peng. Run lived a vibrant life and was a lively and joyful mother and grandmother. From a young age, she worked hard to take care of herself and her family. As she grew up, she became a leader within the factory she worked at in China. At age 52 she retired and in 1988 came to the United States. She took great pride in her gardening and loved spending time with family and friends. Run would brighten any room she entered and brought joy to all those around her. Survived by her children Hai Ming Peng (Wan Wen Chen), Shao Juan Peng (Man Chung Szeto) and Shao Fen Chiu (Kin Chun Chiu); and grandchildren Kelwen, Eric,Wilson, Spencer, Frankie. Funeral service on November 9 start 11 am at White Funeral Home, 12804 Nicollet Ave. Burnsville, MN
